¡@In the operating manual of Wen Tzao School, there's the description of employment
for all of our branch schools to abide by. Some branches might apply for new
staff from the head office. Others might find new staff on their own. Either
way, each school should be sufficiently staffed as follows:
School principal: This person is the head of a school in charge of both teaching and administrative affairs. He/She might be either the owner of a school or a hired employee. He/She has talent operating a school well enough without the assistance of a teaching supervisor or an administrative executive.
